Drug & Hormone Free Meats, Seasonal Fresh Fruits & Vegetables We are a family owned and operated Farm Market. We take pride in selling our own homegrown - tree ripened fruits and vegetables, and supplement our selections with other fantastic locally grown produce. If you are a fan of cherries, then be sure to stop in. We grow big sweet dark cherries under protective row tunnels to keep the rain from cracking them, and the birds from eating them. We also carry Drug and Hormone Free meats from St. Jacobs Ontario. We have the largest selection of Chicken, Beef and Pork products in the area. From Filet Mignon, to Chicken Fingers, to Turkey Burgers, we have it all. Like BUTTERTARTS, how about tangy LEMONTARTS? We have the best in the World...the only problem is that they have a tendancy to sell out early, so CALL AHEAD, to reserve yours. By the way, they are about 1/4 lb each! and we make them in our bakery from scratch and they are baked FRESH each day! A1. Butter and Lemon Tarts - We make our tarts entirely from sratch. Our pastry is made with Tenderflake lard and our filling is all made by hand. The butter tarts weigh 1/4 lb. each

tarts are $2.29 each or if you buy 5 you are getting a little more than one free and the cost for 6 is than $10.99

A2. Peaches - We pick our peaches at optimum ripeness. This year is being a little difficult in terms of all the rain and it is making the peach skins prone to some briusing. We do however handle our fruit gently while picking and packing to prevent damage to the peach.

Quarts are $2.99 and 1/4 peck bags are $4.99

A3. Raspberries - We grow our raspberries under plastic tunnels - similar to a greenhouse effect. This elimates the need for spraying as they are in their own humid environment.

1/2 pints are $2.99 and pints are $4.89

A4. Sugar Plums - Again, these plums are picked at peak of ripeness and this brings out the sweetness of the plum. It has a slightly tart skin and is a very popular item

Pints are $2.99; quarts are $3.99 and a basket is $5.99

A5. Potatoes - We have grown our own potatoes and are currently in the process of digging the first variety - called Superior white. We will also have Kenabec White, Red Chieftan and later on we will dig our Yukon GOld.

$2.99 for a 5 pound bag.

A6. Vegetables - We have a small variety of vegetables available - zucchini, peas, green beans, and will have peppers and squash a little later in the season.

A7. Apricots - Apricots are a bit of a problem for us this year, because of all the rain. The skins are so delicate that any new rains causes browning of the skins. The flavour is still very good, although the looks of the apricot is not as good as it should be

A8. Corn - We are hoping to have corn for early August and into mid September

A9. jams - We make our own jams using more fruit and less sugar. This lets you the consumer taste the fullness of the fruit flavour. We have strawberry, strawberry rhubarb, blueberry, raspberry, sour cherry ( slightly tart), sugar plum ( quite tart, peach, apricot, nectarine, white flesh peach and into September we will have Sov. Coronation grape jam and Stanley Prune Plum jam, which are both awesome tasting and can easily compete with the rest of our jams. The Prune Plum jam won first prize at the Royal WInter Fair in Toronto in November of 2008.

A10. homemde noodles - We have a good selection of homemade noodles by "Marie" from Kitchener , Ontario. She uses only the best durham semolina wheat for her white flour noodles and adds freshly squeezed juices of various vegetables for color and flavour. Whole whet pastas have added spinach juice and/or basil. There is also a line of noodles made only with flour from either red lentils, chick pea, roman bean, soy and qunioa flour noodles. These are noodles that are great for anyone with Celiac disease or for those of you who wish an alternative to white flour noodle cooking.

$4.99; $5.99 and $7.69 for the quinoa noodles

A11. misc. sundry items - We have a good slection of Brickstone products which are made fresh in Quebec. They include some awesom bar-b-cue sauces, salsas, tapenades and range ginger marmalade. We also carry pickles nd sweet pickled peppers which are made by the Amish in Kitchener.

various - we are told that we are the most reasonably priced of any stores in the area which carry the Brickstone line of products.

A12. Power Bars - We have a good selection of various flavours of gluten free and dairy free energy bars, which are made with al raw products.

A13. fall fruits - We will be carrying apples, prune plums and pears starting early September (weather permitting).
